1) Ten data files are included PEDRA 9.0.1, one circuit box, five high impedance oxide data sets and four low impedance data sets with high frequency inductance.
2) Changes in the Preferences: Graphs section.
Modified program code using the Procedure Browser to select Macro's and locate Graph variables controls and make changes. The changes highlighted in yellow:
* SpecViewBaseLine, limits: min 1e-10, max 100, 0 increment.
* SpecViewPeakwidthFactor, limits: min 0.02, max 2, increment 0.1
These changes allow the SpecView y-axis to be adjusted to accommodate both capacitance (range 1e-10 to 20 Farads) and thickness (range 1 to 10,000 nm). Changes in the width factor allows the user to modify the relative peak width to best display SpecView results. Several examples are presented.
3) The accompanying word doc also explains how to use and change parameter "Constraints" to improve fit convergence. Two constraint sets are included a) high impedance barrier film set and b) low impedance/inductance battery applications set. Ether set can be modified in File:Preferences:Constraints.
